If you have a watch or jewellery piece that is in need of repair, please contact us, we will be happy to assist and assess the item.

If a fault is found and considered to be covered by the warranty, an exchange or a repair will be offered. If the damage is considered to be outside the scope of the warranty, then we might be able to offer a repair at cost.

Vallure offers a full statutory for pieces purchased from authorized Vallure retailers. The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to normal wear and use. Each defective product under warranty will be examined and evaluated by Vallure technical experts. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of comparable value. Unfortunately, in the case of a product substitution, Vallure is unable to guarantee that the exact same product or design will be provided. Vallure will not repair, replace, or substitute any goods that have been, in the company’s opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse. If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Vallure warranty policy, the company may offer a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that a defective piece can only be repaired if:

1. The product is a genuine vallure product with the vallure logo.

2. The repair is feasible – it must be possible to bring the product back to its original pristine condition

3. Spare parts are still available (this is usually not the case if a product is out of production) If you would like to replace or repair an item, please contact us

vallure offers a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing defects for genuine branded Vallure products purchased from Vallure or authorized Vallure retailers. Our watches are covered by 1 year warranty, if in doubt please contact us and we will be happy to assist. The terms of the warranty may vary between markets and regions.

The warranty only covers damage that, in the opinion of Vallure or an authorized Vallure retailer, is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or by failure to follow Vallure special product Care, Every item found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of Vallure or an authorized Vallure retailer:

 

1. Replaced by an identical piece, if available:

2. Substituted with a piece of comparable value; or

3. Repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.

 

The damaged product should be sent to Vallure or an authorized Vallure retailer that will send it to Vallure sales company. This warranty service is provided free of charge. Please retain the purchase or delivery receipt, the gift receipt, or the certificate of authenticity in case you have a warranty claim. The receipt or the certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for products purchased and as evidence of entitlement to this warranty. These warranty conditions apply if there are no specific warranty conditions granted for specific products. Vallure reserves the right to amend or adapt these warranty conditions, with implications for the future, at its discretion at any time. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Please keep your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. For products purchased in store, the till receipt serves as the proof of purchase and will be requested for any warranty claim.

Please keep it safe. For products purchased from the Online Shop, the delivery receipt serves as the warranty and a certificate per online order. For all online purchases, the invoice or delivery receipt must be presented, in order to make any claims regarding the warranty or similar.

We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Vallure jewellery, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@vallure.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Please note that all international refunds will be subject to a charge of the current exchange rate at the time of processing. This charge covers any fees incurred during the international transaction. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please keep in mind that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

All Vallure fashion jewellery is traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. As a result, special care is required. Please, follow the following care instructions:

1. Store your jewellery individually in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid damage.

2. Polish your jewellery frequently with a lint free cloth to maintain its original sparkling condition


3. Our recommendation is to always put the jewellery on last, as a finishing touch to an outfit.


4. And don’t forget to remove your Vallure jewellery before washing your hands, swimming, or using products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion. Such products may harm the metal, or stone causing discolouration, or causing a loss of brilliance.

5. Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the stone .

Please entrust your watch to an authorized Vallure retailer that offers Vallure watches, to a watchmaker, or to a jeweller who will replace the battery for you.

Replacement straps are available to purchase and can be ordered from most authorized Vallure retailers.
